I was inspired to design this vector app concept for the iPad after one of my favorite design apps rebranded and introduced a steep subscription fee, while also breaking its promise to keep existing features free. Frustrated, I switched to Affinity Designer for its appealing one-time payment model. However, I found its user interface lacking in usability and aesthetics. This prompted me to create a mockup that reflects my vision of the ideal vector app, combining intuitive design with robust functionality.
